With the fluctuating supply of electricity and frequent brownouts in the province, DEBESMSCAT purchased a new set of generator in replacement to the old one which had been totally destroyed for its long years of using. One unit of 125 KVA standby power, diesel engine generator set, silent type with 3-phase had been delivered to the college on May 12, 2015 amounting to Php914,102. This is now utilized during brownouts supplying electricity to the entire college in order not to hamper the operation of the college concerning electricity use such as printing of TOR, certifications and the like.
